Our mission is to help people live more easeful, connected, and harmonious lives through teaching qigong, yoga, and mediation. It is my pleasure to support you in the process of tuning into your inner well of stillness and wisdom. We offer service though implementation of ancient practical tools that are easy to use and can bring homeostasis within. After attending an event or coaching session, students report being more open and present in their bodies and hearts, to the depth that is available in every moment. My commitment to you, is to guide the inner wisdom of your essence to surface into your body and breath so it may be the rock within, that anchors your soul.
